This workshop is not group therapy. You will not be required to interact with other participants. However, you will be given a variety of prompts and exercises to engage with the concepts being discussed.

If you already work with a mental health therapist, this workshop is a great way to learn new tools and identify additional therapeutic goals that will be helpful to explore with your therapist. You can also request a consultation between me and your therapist here.

If you are working with a physical therapist, this workshop can help you get the most out of the work you are doing there as well. You can request a consultation between me and your PT here.

This workshop is also a great foundation prior to (or at the same time as) beginning 1-on-1 sessions with me.

A key component of recovering from chronic pain and other neuroplastic symptoms involves education on how the brain and nervous system work, and then trying out action-based tools for yourself. Receiving this information in a workshop format rather than individual sessions can mean less wait time and lower cost to you. 1-on-1 sessions can still be requested at the same time or after participating in an educational workshop if you’d like additional support.
