Please note: While medication and other medical interventions have their place, this is not what I offer. Instead, I work closely with clients to guide them back to a sense of agency and autonomy in their own healing.

For a lower cost option, I offer an educational workshop a few times per year. This workshop will provide you with the foundational concepts of the Mind-Body approach I use with all of my clients. Learn more here.

Consultation: $75 for 30 minutes

I offer consultation for health and wellness providers. If you are a provider who would like consultation for a client/patient you are working with who may have neuroplastic symptoms, please complete the form below. You can also request this service if you are a client/patient and would like me to consult with one of your providers.
